Yes! By linking your mobile account to Facebook on your mobile device, you can play the same account on Facebook Gameroom.
To link your Facebook Account to your current village:
1. Start DomiNations
2. Click the Settings tab on the right side of the screen
3. Click the button below "Facebook"
4. A window will pop up showing the login window. Login your Facebook credentials
5. Once confirmed, your village will now be linked to your Facebook account
