DomiNations is a mobile game that requires a steady internet connection in order to play. Loss of connection may occur for a number of reasons that exist beyond our control. Ensure that you are connected to a stable WiFi connection and if the problem persists, you may want to follow up with your internet provider to explore more reliable and faster connection options.


What does the message “Server Connection Error” mean?
This error message indicates that your game could not reach the server. This could be because you’re on a weak wifi or data connection, or because something went wrong on our end. If you get this error please ensure that you are playing on a strong connection or switch to a different connection and try again. If you encounter this issue repeatedly while on a strong connection please contact customer support.


What does the message “Unable to communicate with the server. Please contact your network administrator and try again.” mean?
If you see this error it means that your service provider is blocking your connection to our servers. This could be for any number of reasons, including firewalls put in place by your network administrator or hitting a data limit set by your provider. To resolve these issues please contact your service provider or network administrator.


My game crashes or stalls during loading (Android)
