How and where can I earn Extra Rewards?
Watch a short video in the Goals section and/or complete an offer in the Treasure section of the Store to earn crowns or other rewards!
Why don't I see the opportunities to earn Extra Rewards?
Extra Rewards are only available to users on HD devices on both iOS and Android, due to technical limitations. In addition, users on iOS must be on iOS 9 or above in order to be able to access these rewards.
What does the message stating "Unable to retrieve video" mean?
The video could not be loaded due to technical limitations and should be available if you try again at a later time.
Where do my Extra Rewards end up after I have earned them?
Crowns automatically get added to your Crown balance. Trade Good Shipments and Mercenary Contracts will appear in your Inventory.
