DomiNations is a mobile game that requires a steady internet connection in order to play. Loss of connection may occur for a number of reasons that exist beyond our control. Make sure that you on a stable WiFi connection. Switching connection types from WiFi to cellular, or vice versa may also help. If the problem persists, you may want to follow up with your internet provider to explore more reliable and faster connection options.

Free up your device’s storage
Most devices perform poorly once the storage is almost at 100% utilization. By uninstalling and deleting files that are no longer needed, you may improve how DomiNations performs.

Check if device’s software is up to date
System update(s) are released on a regular basis to ensure that devices run smoothly.
Follow these steps to check or update your device’s software:
- Tap Settings > General > Software Update.
- Tap Download and Install. If a message asks to temporarily remove apps because iOS needs more space for the update, tap Continue or Cancel. Later, iOS will reinstall apps that it removed.

Uninstall and Reinstall DomiNations
As a last resort, reinstalling the game ensures that you are running the latest version of the game, and possibly fixes corrupted files in your game client. You will not lose your game progress as long as your account is linked to Game Center.
