To request deletion of your DomiNations account, please contact our customer support team through the form linked below or in-game. Instructions for both methods are listed below. 

Important note: Once customer support deletes your DomiNations account, this action cannot be reversed.

To submit an account deletion request through the DomiNations game app (preferred):

  1. Open the DomiNations game app on the device you usually use to play.

  2. Open the “Settings” menu on the right hand side of your screen by pressing the gears icon.

  3. Press the “Delete Account” button within the Settings menu.

  4. Advance through the account deletion request flow by pressing “Delete” on the pop-up(s) to open a service ticket with our customer support department. No need to give us your player ID through this method, it will automatically be captured by your account deletion request.

  5. Monitor your email inbox in case further information is required by our customer support team to complete this request.

To submit an account deletion request on the web:

To submit an account deletion request outside of the DomiNations app, please visit this link on a browser window and submit the following information:

  • Player ID (required)
    • You can find your Player ID at the bottom of the “Settings” menu of the DomiNations app.
  • Email address (required)
  • Issue type (required)
    • Select “other”
  • Description of problem (required)
  • Ask for your account and associated data to be deleted.

Once received, account deletion requests are reviewed by our customer support team and require verification for approval. You may be asked for further information during the verification process. Once verified, it may take up to 24 hours for all account information and associated data to be deleted from all DomiNations systems.
