It may take some time for in-game purchases to arrive in your account and you may fail to receive an invoice. This happens for any of the following reasons:
  • There was a network error that prevented your transaction from being successfully processed.
  • The funds required to complete the transaction may not be available.
  • It may take some time for your purchase to be credited to your account and for an invoice to populate.
If after 24 hours you have received an invoice for your purchase and are still missing your Crowns, please reach out to us with a copy of that invoice so that we can further assist you.
In order to view your App Store (Apple) purchasing history:
1. Launch iTunes on your Mac or PC
2. Click on the Store tab in the top menu and select View Account
3. Sign in with your Apple ID if you are prompted to do so
4. Under the Purchase History section, click on See All
5. On the next screen, just click on any order to expand it and view its contents

I am trying to purchase Crowns, but received a message telling me to contact iTunes. What do I do?
If you receive such a message, be sure to heed any special instructions and contact iTunes directly to determine what may be causing issues. As the message was sent via iTunes, only Apple would have access to information about the situation.
